Should I be worried

Using ebookers I just booked a CDG-VIE, BUD-CDG flight on AF. I went to checkmytrips or whatever it's called and it shows my reservation confirmed. When I log into my AF account and go to manage my flights it shows my reservation confirmed, however, I can't select a seat and when I try to go to check-in (since we are less than 24 hours from the flight) and I enter my F locator it says it can't find the flight. I also haven't received a confirmation e-mail from ebookers (although it said it might take up to 45 minutes). I don't want to show up tomorrow for my flight and run into issues, who do I call? AF or ebookers or Austrian since the AF flight is actually operated by OS? Thanks

Nevermind, AF.com's crappy website has caught up to real time and I am now checked in and seated for the flight tomorrow...sadly all the exit rows are snapped up. Subquestion if anyone knows...as an AF elite on an AF coded flight with OS which is *A, do I get priority boarding?
