I'd never volunteer my real name, telephone number and email right up front, before getting anything in return, as the website demands. Cue endless miserable marketing / pestering. Disqualify them on that count alone.

Plus their advertised fares look about the same as what you can find on Kayak (assuming the usual "one-way fare based on roundtrip purchase" shenanigans).

The whois data and contact details suggest this is a single travel agent working out of a residential apartment. There's obviously nothing wrong with this, there are plenty of excellent home travel agents, but I'd be suprised if he has the power to negotiate better discounts which aren't available through other travel agents or larger consolidators.
