None of them show up on acarsd, but the folks at yssyforum.net would probably be able to help you with this- they deal with quite a few rego requests...

is there anything else like that ACARSD site that goes further back than 2006?

Unlikely to be anything automated prior to then, you'd have to search for 'plane-spotters'' logs for a particular airport and date. These tend to be mostly in Europe though.
