Need Help Tracking A Flight

Hello I need to know what time Turkish Airlines Flight #7 is arriving into IAD? It says 5:30 PM but I have also seen 2:53 PM and 3:30 PM on various tracking websites. Can someone who is well versed in tracking flights please assist me? Thanks

ExpertFlyer is not giving an actual IAD ETA as yet, but the flight departed gate at 12:45PM and off at 1;18PM. Flightaware posts ETA of 5:27PM.

Thanks and with your experience Flightaware is the most accurate website? The IAD website is horrible is where I saw the earlier times. If someone just checked that they would be waiting at the airport for hours. I wasn't sure if the flight perhaps picked up time in the air possibly.

I am confused my flightview APP says 2 hr 30 min to go and the flight aware says about 4 hour 50 minutes. Does anyone know where this plane is? I simply do not understand why I am consistently getting a 2 hour discrepancy from different sources. I know the flight was late leaving IST but I figured it was picking up time in the air.
