Small 3 class planes

Which airline planes have particularly few seats in two separate premium classes combined?

Transaero is getting 787s:
http://www.flightglobal.com/news/art...r-787s-366371/
18 premium seats combined for first and business classes - 4 First class seats, and 14 business seats.

Any other airlines with small business class yet separate first class.

They're a Russian airline, so I wouldn't expect their F and C products to be very "premium" to begin with. I can't imagine too much high yield traffic on most Russian routes.

Transaero Imperial on their 777-300ER:

Is that premium?
There are 3 such rows - 12 seats.
Closer view of those blue seats beyond:

Not quite that premium. And just 2 rows - 14 seats.

Who pay for Transaero Imperial seats?

Well, it is a Russian airline... Now I know this is going out on a limb, but I'm going to guess that the answer may be Russian citizens, primarily.

Those seats look very decent, and I really like the red/orange colouring too. Another airline on the uprise
