multi city help needed

2 of us flying from:
SLC to HNL on Sept 29, 2012. (Cruising from there to Sydney.)
Return from SYD to SLC on Oct 24,2012.
I am delta gold, hubby is Delta silver. Any suggestions on finding decent fares and maybe business or Ist class would be greatly appreciated by this newbie. Thanks in advance!

check the cruise line fares.....

use expedia/other to see fares from multiple airlines.....

be sure to go at least 1 day early and/or have insurance to cover missing the boat....if there are stops in hawaii before the sea days, its less important....

if you have mi for awards, check it...

Are you sure? or you meant PVG.
Unless China has new high speed buses to complement high speed trains it is very hard to get from a port to PEK in one hour.

On a one way cruise like OP's HNL SYD the best air price are travel agents who package the cruise with flights.
