Seat Question?
Hey Everyone!
Not sure if there's a seperate thread for this so apologies if there is, I'm new to this forum.
I have a question regarding a British Airways flight I'm about to go on and wondering which seat is best to pre-book.
First of all it's a Boeing 747 and as there are two types of this aircraft I was wondering if anyone knows which one flies to Beijing (Flight number: BA0039)
So if I was to fly on the 299 seater I was thinking of seats 33K or 40A World Traveller Class. Now I was wondering seen as though these seats are at the front, where would the personal TV be and where would the tray be? Also is there some extra leg room (not loads but is there a little more than usual)
And if it's on the 345 seater I was thinking of 40A and the same questions really.
Any help would be much appreciated, thanks

You should be asking this in the BA forum!
Your plane will be a 747-400
Both of the seats you mention (per the seat map on Expertflyer) are shown as being bassinet seats - so you won't be able to reserve them in advance unless you have a baby in your party. They open to pay booking for the aisle (and centre?) seats at T-72, and a free for all at T-24.
As they are bulkhead seats, it means that the TV screen and your table is stored in your armrest so your seat may be slightly narrower than normal.
Check out seatguru for specific details about the seats you are interested in - usually there is a bit more legroom (but not much as you cant stick your feet under the seat in front) but you don't get anyone reclining into you!

You can also look at seatguru.com. There should be some information there about your plane.

As the OP has aptly posted this in the BA forum, and we disallow cross-posting, I'll close this thread, with a welcome to WICKED1231 to FlyerTalk! Ocn Vw 1K, Moderator, TravelBuzz.
