Sorry for this sophomoric question: But a number of threads mention RDM as a form of mileage credit accumulation. What is RDM?
And while you're rolling your eyes: our leader UA1Flier was mentioned to forever receive 100% BIS - which I take it to mean Butt In Seat. (Other than his Butt has been in every UA seat forever, what is the distinction here that I am missing?
