Frontier or United Airlines?

Up until now I've been flying either on Jetblue or Southwest Airlines. My next trip involves a flight to Denver from New York, and since I like to fly nonstop (or at least stay on the same plane), I have two nonstop options: United or Frontier.

Both planes are Airbus A320s with the same base price, so that's made it even harder to decide. Are the differences negligible, or will one airline provide a better experience than the other? Thanks for any suggestions!

Well, Frontier would give 30" pitch, while United would give 31" pitch...but Frontier as personal LCDs, United just has overheads. Frontier charges $6 for the DirectTV live TV, United does have XM radio for free though.

I'm finding a lot more than Frontier and United. Frontier & United, BTW, are from LGA. You can also find CO and US non-stops R/T LGA-DEN. If you include JFK, you'll find JetBlue and Delta offer R/T non-stops. Southwest has non-stops out of EWR.

Do you know if those LCDs have closed captioning? I know Jetblue didn't which is why I hardly used their DirecTV. I think just having enough room to use my MacBook may be the only amenity I can actually benefit from.

Newark is too far which is why I ruled it out. Were you searching only round trip schedules? I only searched one way as I'm not sure when I'll be returning. Don't know if that makes a difference but just in case. I ruled out evening flights as well even though Jetblue has one scheduled, as I want to get into Denver early with enough time to sightsee the city before the day ends.
