Keep going. Explain how commerce is prevented. Even if a hotel is prohibited from lying or stealing, I'm not seeing the barrier to legitimate commerce.

In fact, I still stand by my assertion that the ethical, moral hotelier in the existing market will experienced increased commerce.

EZY certainly thought so - they moved to showing prices inclusive of taxes etc well before they had to.
