passport possibly flagged
Hi All:
i was on my way to NYC in 2007 and was removed from the train. the officer didn't give much reasons other than he suspected i might stay in nyc. However when we arrived a the border patrol office he took my passport and went into another room. he came back about 45 minutes later and told me that in order for me to return i had to bring proff of my living in canada. i am now married to an american and they are refusing my visa because of this stop. was my passport flagged, and if so what can i do to return there.
