At a hotel in the category of a Peninsula the standard is less than four rings, with most calls expected to be answered after one just ring.

That's a good example...the Grand Bohemian was a fantastic hotel when it was a Starwood and hopefully it's still just as good as a Marriott.
Everything else about it was superb!!
