I guess the largest plane with weight and balance issues would be the AN-225 
I've had flight experiences with w/b issues on a Fokker 50, B737 and B747combi. Unfortunately I was usually already seated in the area the passengers were moved to. Loading an aircraft; pax or cargo is an exact science.
Funnily, the passengers were rearranged mid-flight on the 747combi.
