Hi there,
I'm a french citizen living in the US (Miami) since a few weeks on a E2 visa (issued for 5 years). When i went to apply for a SSN i realized i didn't have my I94 form, wich i propably lost.
Anyway, i absolutely need to leave the US in two weeks, and it seems i won't have the time to fill a I-102 form and wait for a new I-94 to be mailed to me.
I read online that i can still ask a CBP office at the airport to issue new documents. Can someone please confirm ? In that case, do i still have to pay the USD 330 fine/fees ?
I hope it's true, i'd like to go at the Miami airport before my departure so i'm sure everything is ok.
Thank you guys for your help,
Charles
