Flightstats (help understanding info needed)
Using the extended flight status feature over on flightstats.com sometimes shows the following:

AEQP Change to XXX

TAIL Changed from ABC to XYZ

I'm assuming AEQP is an equipment change. What does AEQP stand for?

What is a TAIL change?

Tail I believe is the tail number, change would show what the new tail number of the plane is.

AEQP stands for Aircraft Equipment
