Can you confirm with Foreign ATM Transactions? I can't get a straight answer from the Ally Website. It looks like there is no fees on Foreign ATM Transactions but there is a 1% when doing a POS transaction and I'm wondering does this apply when doing ATM Transactions?

State Farm Bank (an online bank affiliated with the giant insurance company) has a checking account with a $100 minimum balance to avoid all fees that does not charge ATM fees of its own and also does not have a conversion fee.
My credit union checking account doesn't have a minimum balance or ATM fee on its side, but does charge 1% on conversion.
