An Easy Solution to Striking FA's in the USA

An easy solution would be get a group of college graduates from the Philippines or India, which are both English speaking countries, give them some training and fire all the bitter American FA's. Problem solved, lower costs and better service for the customers.

Thoughts?

Who would train them? Does AA have the capability to train 18,000 new employees?

It would take years for AA to replace 18,000 FAs. The trainers themselves are APFA members, and will not be training any replacement workers.

Ya think the imported FAs might just become a bit bitter themselves when they work in the US for $8/hr and have no health insurance or pension plan? They'll immediately learn how they could earn "so much" and be so broke.

I've wanted to strike an FA or two, but it's not very nice.
