Interline baggage agreement??
I plan to fly Tokyo by Delta Airlines and try another Asian airlines inter-asia.
I might choose EVA, Cathay Pacific or ANA.
But I'm not sure who signs interline baggage agreement with Delta.
I don't worry about ticketing,I just want to avoid claiming and re-checking in my baggages. Is there any website to check that?

You probably need to talk with a travel agent for this request. In general, to have your bags interlined , you will need to have all relevant flights on the same itinerary and not have a >23 hr stopover. This means that regardless of who the other carrier is, you need to book the flights within a single booking.

It's just the difference between dropping at the bag drop outside Customs and dropping them at the departures lobby a few floors up at Narita.
Something to consider, though, is that JAL, Cathay and a few others are in terminal 2, a totally different building. Delta is in terminal 1 with ANA, Asiana, Korean, etc., though granted that breaks down into north/south too.

Welcome to FT.
Call DL and ask if they have a baggage interline agreement with your desired onward carrier at NRT. Your connection has to be less than 24 hours for this work.
Did a similar thing for DL to CX and PR @ HKG.
