Help needed for transiting DUB?

I am flying DL from FNT > DTW > JFK and then EI from JFK > DUB > BCN in September/2010. A few questions:

a) I know NWA had interline agreements with EI to transfer luggage and since NWA arrived into JFK Terminal #4 which is the same terminal EI flys out of, it was very convenient and it didn't worry me too much that one of our bags may misconnect. Now that DL flys into Terminal #3 and EI still flying out of Terminal #4, how is JFK for interline transfers? We have about a 5 hour layover at JFK but I've been burned many times with long layovers and bags still not making the connection.

b) Last time my wife and I did this route, I think we had about 2h to make the connection in DUB. Should I be concerned that our connection in DUB is now only 1h 25m ? Is there increased danger our bags will mis-connect onto our BCN flight?

c) I presume when we get to T4 at JFK we need to go up to the EI counters and register our bag tags from DL onto our EI PNR for recording/liability purposes still, yes?

d) Again last time we did this route, I remember the asinine transfer procedure at DUB. We had to almost exit the airport and then turn around and re-clear security entirely. Now as a transiting passenger, I believe we are entitled to use the FC/Business queue for security, however the guard there was quite put-off that we were using it without some "stamp" that we should have gotten prior to leaving JFK. I had to dig out my JFK->DUB boarding pass stubs to prove that we were indeed on that flight and he then reluctantly let us go. Does anyone know what this stamp he was referring to was or where I can get it?

Thanks, folks. ^
