It really depends what you are wanting the app to do and focus on?
For me, I want an app which focuses on managing and get reliable status of current and coming flight bookings.
i used to use App In The Air, but later found and easy decision to switch to Flighty.

Tripit for building and managing itineraries, automatically updates flighty for fast alerting, ba97 for flight history but thinking of switching that one out.

There are API that will contain the infos you need without inacurracies like that. Probably for much cheaper than calling Gemini.

Understand it's in beta (bugs with the badge toasts, incredibly slow) but, I loaded my 30ish flights into your platform and calling a Generative AI for data makes the whole thing woefully inaccurate in a lot of cases, especially IME future flights.

But can you tell me what was inaccurate?

Gemini is, so far, the cheapest API I've found. The ones designed specifically for aviation are much more accurate, but they're also much more expensive. If I have 20 users, each with 50 flights, I'm already starting to pay, whereas with Gemini, I can cover more than 2,500 flights.
But can you tell me what was inaccurate?

Time conversion mostly, it giving me times in UTC which make no sense for flights.
Logged AY42 (ICN-HEL), says it's 01:00 to 08:40 when it's 21:00 to 05:40
Various hour skews on intereuropean
Previous flights are probably somewhat close to real times than the theoritical
