What happened to points.com?

The website offers no way of converting points anymore and appears to have changed direction to being a pure B2B service provider.

Am I blind?

I searched the flyertalk forums for 30 mins without finding any mention of this...

I have the same question. If there's a way to even login to do anything with points, I couldn't find it.

It's dead. Looks like September 6, 2022

Looks like they still partner with loyalty programs, but only directly. So you'd need said loyalty program to offer the points.com function. In practice, I haven't seen this
E.g., https://questions.points.com/hc/en-u...oints-or-miles
