This might end up as a wiki post.. please add more Cities with similar services.
While currently in Tokyo I found this carrier: https://airporter.co.jp
Offered service is to take your bags from hotel to HND, NRT or another hotel(!) in TYO.
Pricing ranges from Y500 (Handbag to HND) to Y2400 (check luggage to NRT).
Downside: only between 9am and 6pm
Will test trial this for my hotel-to-hotel next week (this 1100 checkout, 1500 checkin thing is tapping my nerves)
