Tools to track charter flights

Tools to track charter flights
We have all heard about the children that have been separated from their parents by the current administration.
In the wee hours of Thursday morning a bunch of them were taken from Cayuga Centers in NYC where they were being cared for, to an unknown destination. Some were loaded onto a plane at LGA at 2am, and some who did not make it onto that plane were taken to Westchester (HPN) for a 5am flight.
Some friends and I would like to know where they were taken, so we can determine their well being.
FlightStats doesn't show any regularly scheduled flights for those times.
Can anyone here help find out where they were taken? Are there an tools that track charter flights?
