Weekend-based Travel
Hello Flyertalk,
My friend and I just launched Weekend Alert. It's a weekend and short trip-focused site, that provides useful information for those who never gave up their wanderlust but have limited vacation days.
We've launched a flight search tool that searches across upcoming weekends to find the best fares, with minimal days off, to destinations you can cover in a weekend. You can search (and setup alerts) from your home city to a number of great destinations and we find the best weekend to fly. We've launched from NYC only for now, but have plans to launch local destinations with hotels and travel guides soon.
