flightstats.com no longer showing availability [used by KVS to find Availability]
I have used flightstats.com to see what seats are left in fare buckets. I went today and they no longer have any flight availability info (the option was removed). Are there other free options for this info?

Oh that's bad. real bad.

By chance have you emailed them to inquire? Would be interesting to hear whether it is temporary or the landing page for this data has changed

It was reported a couple of weeks ago not more AA inventory

Flightstats hadn't shown AA availability for some time (years?).

Now it's completely gone from all the menus and it's no longer in the FAQs ...

I had some bookmarks for the direct URL and they no longer work ...

It was definitely working as recently as last week, but there is indeed no sign of it now. Bummer: this was a VERY useful facility!

Flight availability on flightstats is gone
I went to check a flight today and it was gone. I emailed them and they confirmed it was removed. Anyone know an alternate site?

Same thing here. Was working up till about a week ago when I last tried it and went just now and all the flight availability function has been deleted. I've not heard of any other free site offering this service. I'll be interested to hear if this is temporary or not, but fear it's likely permanent.

FlightStats pulls Flight Availability functionality
Title says it all. FlightStats has removed its flight availability functionality. This also killed KVS Tool's Availability/FS method, which scraped from FlightStats.

VFTW is now reporting this. Not sure if Gary noticed this himself, had it emailed to him or read it here.

He confirms it is permanent.

What is VTFW? Did Mr Gary offer any further information about why the information is no longer available?
