Flight tracker app
Is there an app that tracks the flight for the entire day? I use flight view to track the status of my flight plus all the previous legs with the same flight number. I suspect the actual plane I will be on had a different flight number earlier in the day. So when I use flight view I don't see earlier legs. What I probably need is a tracker that uses tail number??? Not sure of the proper lingo; any suggestions for an app?

I have used flight aware and it doesn't always work. I prefer an App that I can access from my phone. I travel WN mostly, does this have anything to do with why I cannot see all the legs?
