Without reservation I recommend them. Tiffany was my contact person and she was able to get me two Business Class seats on Lufthansa using 100K Dividend Miles points each. The DM desk told me I had to use 200K each. I will use them for all my trips in the future.

wanted to use them for a trip to NRT and HKG so I sent them an email. Ben contacted me very quickly saying he would look into what I wanted and email me within 24 hours with my options. I never heard from him again. After a week, I decided to reach out to someone else.
