One of the problems with any site hosting reviews is trying to get a feel for the number and frequency of bogus posts. I've used FakeSpot.com. iIt attempts of spot reviews posted fraudulently (either by the entity being reviewed or by bots).
I've fund it handy in getting a feel for the percentage of untrustworthy reviews. You can post a TA link for a hotel or restaurant (or a link to an item on Amazon) and it will try to do it's thing. YMMV
