Restricted codeshares in Expertflyer

Restricted codeshares in Expertflyer
Where could I see codeshares that cannot be purchased separately?
I am particularly interested in AF codeshares on DL metal in US. If I look for HNL-CDG I do see HNL-ATL flight under AF flight number. Direct flights HNL-ATL do not show up under AF numbers.
Quite a while ago I had login into the Amadeus web site and it did show these types of flights with two flags OP TR. Any ideas where to look them up in case Expertflyer cannot provide me with this type of information?

The AF codeshare HNL-CDG will only appear when connecting onward to CDG. The HNL-ATL flight under an AF number is only valid when connecting to CDG not as a standalone flight HNL-CDG. You can't buy a ticket just HNL-ATL as an AF codeshare.

As I already wrote... I want to see what's available not purchase separately. In my case there only some of the DL flights have also AF numbers. I'd like to see a list or as an online flight info what might be available.
