ITA software search error
I'm trying to search via ITA for some fares and routes.
First one was a month-long search for SFO->YYZ round trip from Sept 24 (I was looking for 3-4 nights). It worked without problem, listing all the fares available.
The second search, I was looking at SFO->HKG troud trip. from Nov 1, for about 9-10 nights. But it gave me this error
I went to "www.itasoftware.com" then clicked on QPX. It wasn't through an email link or anything. I also tried modified some parameters (number of nights, start date, and even the "Sale City" to SFO, or HKG). It still gave me an error. Did I do something wrong for hat particular search? both searches were done on the same day...

Code:
An error occurred when we tried to process the last link that you clicked on. Errors like this occur for one of the following reasons:
* Someone sending you e-mail with a link to our site in the mail message, but failing to copy the entire text of the link
* E-mail programs that inadvertently add characters to the link when a link wraps across two lines
* Trying to modify the text of a link by hand
* A bug in our software
A report of this error has been sent to us here at ITA Software, which we will examine carefully. If the error is due to a bug in our software, you can be sure we are working to fix it as soon as possible.

Those search parameters worked for me like a charm at:
http://matrix2.itasoftware.com
(ITA's new frontend to their search engine - give it a try.)

Thanks. I just learned about the matrix2 over the weekend and the search was fine. Are they phasing out the original matrix altogether? Maybe it's a familiarity issue, I kind of like the original matrix interface better.

I very much prefer the original matrix, though I haven't tried the new one in a couple weeks now and they claim that htey've made improvements.
