Upgrading a netbook battery

Is it possible to upgrade one's three cell battery to a six cell simply by swapping them out? I am looking at buying a netbook that is perfect in every way except it has a three cell battery. (MSI Wind).
Thanks for your help.

The batteries are definitely replaceable/changeable. The question is whether you can acquire the better battery for a reasonable price.

Personally, I'd invest in a universal battery pack, like the ones from Tekkeon. That way your investment is guaranteed for any machine you buy in the future, plus you keep your netbook nice and light, and you can keep the Tekkeon battery in your bag.
