Changing key mappings in WindowsXP?

I want to change what a couple keys do on my keyboard. I'm annoyed that the AspireOne has home and end as Fn+ keys and want to map those functions to other keys that I don't really ever use (Insert and Pause/Break, I think). Any way to do this reasonably easily??

Thanks,
S.
