Recommendations for a wireless bridge to use in Japan??

This sounds completely cool and I think I will do it. I need to get a good wireless bridge because the router is one room and the TV in another. I will be setting the house up for wireless anyway so it makes sense. Any recommendations on a good wireless bridge? I will buy it in the States and use in Japan. My experience has been things without motors and universal voltage work fine her with the diminished 100v sockets. Is this clear thinking?

mjm: This is an excellent question and one that I think will get much better visibility if it isn't lost in the thread about the SlingBox. I hope you don't mind me splitting it off.

My understanding is that the WiFi channels in Japan are slightly different than those in the USA. I think it is just that there are more channels available in Japan, but that is something to consider in your shopping.

Thank you. The split is a good call. I plan to use a Wireless hub that I will buy in the US next month. If so can I grab a Linksys wireless bridge at the same time and have no problems?

Specific router/bridge combo advice very welcome too.

I have a big pipeline with good speed coming out of the wall but a long and awkward shaped apartment hence the bridge.

Thinking about this one: Linksys WET11 Wireless Ethernet Bridge

And if so which Linksys router will be best.

Still the niggling concern on the current strength as well.

Thoughts anyone??
