Active Sync and Blackjack II

I have my Blackjack II set up with my Outlook 2003 calendar and contacts. If I edit a contact on either the phone or the PC it syncs up properly with the most recent information going the other direction.

This is not the case with the calendar. If I edit a time or a note on the phone it will revert to whatever was on the PC beforehand. I can't seem to find the old 'resolve conflict' control, nor does there seem to be a 'newest takes precedence' option.
Any suggestions? Thanks.

Are you running any other sync programs between your PC and a calendar to be named in a later post?

Active Sync 4.5.0 - 5096 (xp pro sp3) and Outlook 2003. No other sync programs or calendars.

In ActiveSync, Tools --> Options --> Settings, "If there is a conflict..."
