how long is your password timeout?

I realize it's foolish not to have a password enabled on my blackberry, so I just recently turned it on, and set it for 5 minutes. Already I can see that getting irritating a few dozen times a day. On the other hand, if I lose my phone, no one can make any calls with it more than 5 minutes after I lose it, right? I'm trying to decide what's the right balance between my convenience (typing in the password repeatedly) and risk (paying for some thief's long-distance calls). I'm curious to know, who uses a password, who doesn't, and those of you who do, what do you have it set for? 5, 10, 30 minutes?

I set it for as long as IT policies will let me. 30 minutes would be great.

I set it at the maximum allowed on my Berry, which with no IT policy is 60 minutes.
