Assuming you bought it in the USA you may have issues as Nokia seems to have made two different models with different radios built in. The US version is a dual-band device on the 850 and 1900 MHz bands. If that will cover you where you are going in Europe you'll be OK, but I don't know that it will.

Hi matthew26. Are you talking about an US cellphone? If yes please read on.
You have to make sure it is a GSM cellphone. AT&T and T-Mobile are the two large GSM networks. The T-Mobile version of the 3650 is a tri-band device and will work in Europe. Just make sure international roaming is activated. You might have to call your network provider.
