no experience with THIS one, but have used stuffbak and boomerangit for years. I have had three things returned, and have heard some good stories. Historically, boomerangit (founded by the creator of the bike service I believe) said they had a 70% return rate.

If I was buying a service, I would stick with one of the clear established leaders

I am the CEO of Yougetitback - John, we are based on Monahan Road in Blackrock - not too far from where you reside?

I am not sure if the team at Yougetitback could be described as clear established leaders, but we do our best. We have operations in Cork, Madrid, San Francisco, Scottsdale Az and Sydney. We will pass 5 million users later this year. Our management team is made up of leaders from Motorola, GE, Heineken, BUPA among others. We are Campus companies working closely with Arizona State, North America's largest University, and Dublin City University. We were Company of the Year a few years back in the Enterprise Ireland Genesis programme.

Our products are simple, highly engineers and most importantly they work.

My email address is [email protected]. Anyone who wants to find out more about our company can hit the website www.yougetitback.com or indeed feel free to drop me a line.

I purchased stuffbak a few months ago, and it seems reasonably straightforward. One thing I like is the variety of stuffbak labels and tags which can be applied to everything from cellphones to keychains. ^

Seems like a small price to pay, as many lost items go unclaimed because the finder (e.g. airport/airline employee) is unable to contact the owner. Call me crazy, but I think most people want to do the right thing, and "reward" provides that last little push (though you may wish to consider offering a cash reward as the std stuffbak award is payment-in-kind).

TrackItBack

I've only heard of TrackItBack, which I use personally. Yougetitback seems OK. I've had great success with TrackItBack. Let me know how it goes

Another very good meeting with these guys today ...

Will know more in a few days.

Certainly an industry sector that is ready to explode IMHO, particularly with our propensity for handheld devices ...
