BB syncing issues with email

I had this problem for a while. Not sure why it even started.
I got my BB to sync with my email accounts including my gmail, hotmail, and my domain name (on my server). Problem is with my domain name (jksolution.com). It sync once a day unlike my other ones which are basically instant and sometimes while sending email from my BB using my domain name email it sends and other times it says it did only to see a few hours later as it failed
I'm unsure of why this is happening. From checking the mx records, everything seems to be in order. I have no problem with outlook on my PC.
Any ideas?
