Digital Frames Battery Operator or DC 110/220w adapter
Hi,
I am looking for an inexpensive digital frame that is either battery operated or has a AC adaptor that support 110/220watts. This is for my cousin in Europe. I know I can get a power transformer, or another European DC plug, but it would not be worth it.
The website that list most frames do not have the voltage information for the AC adaptors (just says "comes with AC adaptor").
Thanks

I'm sure you mean 110/220 volts, not watts. For that I'd get a cheapie universal wall wart. Something like the VM 1868 DF on this page:

(sorry I couldn't find a better site/desricption, just did a very quick search)
I pick them up at Fry's electronics for about $8. You'll also need a plug adapter depending on which country it's going to, but that should only cost a few additional dollars. It's smaller than a step down transformer & you don't have to worry about the 50/60 Hz conversion.
