Video Ipod positioning

What's the best solution for proping up a video ipod to watch movies in flight? A kickstand style sitting on the table tray? or somthing that lets you hang it from the back of the seat in front of you?
I would think a kickstand on the table tray puts your neck in a bent position which would start aching after a while.

I spent my last flight going between holding it up or hunched over it lying flat on the table try and need a better solution for the next flight.

Thanks

There are tons of cases that incorporate desk stands you should check out.

I have a silicon case for mine with a belt clip that attaches to the back and have managed to clip the case on to a magazine on the seat back and view a video comfortably.

i use this one from iskin for my 30gb iopd w/video:

it's simple and well made (and sturdy!) tho i did trim a little bit of the charger opening very carefully with an xacto knife so that the i-airplay charger (http://www.ilounge.com/index.php/rev...-charger-ipod/) would fit as it was just a hair too big and n.b. it looks like it has been discontinued but i'm sure they are out there.

for the kickstand style where the back leg angles out, does that work well enough to hang on the seat back and stay or do you really need something with more holding power like the beltclip style that Rich described?

not sure where you're going with this but if understand correctly......

the case 'n stand i mentioned has a combo belt clip and stand so you can hang it on the seat back pouch in front of you but i think the angle will be wrong as the stand portion won't work well as it has nothing to rest on. the best uses i have found are on your tray table or if in f or c, the small slide out "cocktail tray" from the seat's arm console. now if you do use the tray/cocktail table, the height might be a little low to give a good viewing angle so this is where the inflight magazines or a book come in handy.

hope that helps and all in all, i've had no problems watching episodes of the three stooges and family guy at 35,000 feet (other than laughing too hard )
