Does anyone use XDRIVE?

I have been a user of Xdrive for several years and in general am satisfied with it, however since AOL bought the company it has gone downhill quick.

My most recent problem is that I wanted to change the password for my account, but when I go into the account management area, I get an error "account management area not available, we apologize for the inconvience" and search as I might, I cannot find a phone number or email address for tech support.

Can anyone help?

thanks!

I was a long time xdrive user (since their beta days) but dumped them for mozy earlier this year. I was using xdrive for backup and mozy is just much more straightforward to use.

I use it

I use this, have for about 5-6 years. They upped my account to like 50GB last year, not sure why. I still don't pay for it.

I find that I can only really use it with IE, there are popups for the account management portal and errors when I use FF.

YMMV.

I'm liking www.box.net. I used to use X-drive years ago, but I don't like AOL. I just recently left Streamload because of bad service AND them losing all my photos!
