iTunes 7.3 is useful only if you have an iPhone or Apple TV, or care about iTunes U (free lectures, speeches, etc., from assorted universities). No general bug fixes, security improvements or other things for folks without one or more of those specific interests.

While I appreciate the thought behind this thread, I'm leaning towards closing it simply because I don't want to set a precedent for threads about minor upgrades like this.
I get Windows updates almost every week, and this is the third of fourth iTunes update in as many months.
And like Efrem said, the iTunes upgrade really doesn't benefit anyone other than iPhone users, and I'm sure they already knew this was out.
