Video chat problems

Video chat problems
Can't get iChat and PC with AIM to work with video.
1. PC to PC works fine (no router port changes needed, etc.).
2. Mac to Mac works fine.
3. PC to Mac works fine when both on the same network (wireless in my house).
4. PC to Mac does not work when on different networks. Port fiddling, firewall settings, etc. don't seem to solve the problem.
Others seen this? Ideas?
