Weird WM5/Exchange problem

I have two WM5 devices, an HTC TyTN and a Treo 700w that both sync to an Exchange server. I also have a TMobile SDA, which is WM5 Smartphone that I sometimes use and it syncs to the same Exchange server. The problem is that with the TyTN and the Treo, but not the SDA, when I forward mail to someone I cant figure out how to include the original text. The SDA does it automatically but the other two dont. All three forward the original text with POP mail. I tried posting on Howard Forums but no one had any suggestions. Does anyone here have any idea how to fix this? Thanks for any help, it is a real pain to deal with this.

At least that's how it is on WM6; I seem to remember the same on WM5.

Thanks. That is already set. It is on forwarding, not replying. It seems to include the original as an attachment on further examination.
