Help finding a telephony device (simple two line "micro"-pbx)
Hi all,
Hoping someone might have one of these or have seen one for sale.
I'm looking for a little switching device that will allow me to plug in two lines and allow some sort of input to forward calls from one line to the other.
The idea is to plug in a VOIP line in one and a POTS line in the other, so I can route calls between my VOIP line and my Mobile via a local landline.
(callers are forwarded to my mobile, or punch in a code and I get a dialtone, for example.)
I saw one for sale a year or so ago on a website for around $39.99, but I can't for the life of me find it or the bookmark.
Of course there are true mini-pbx's, but they are overkill...
I'd really appreciate any help.
Thanks!

My suggestion- as always- would be to look at building your own Trixbox box (www.trixbox.org) if you are feeling extra nerdy.
If not, check out the VoIP Info Wiki... if it exists, it'll be on there somewhere

This might be what you are looking for?

They have a whole list of gateway devices, many with a seperate PSTN port.

Hey, Thanks!
Not sure that's exactly it, but it might do and at least will help get the terminology down for a better search.
And not sure I'm feeling nerdy enough to dive into trixbox, but it might be an interesting project for my next slow week...
Appreciate the pointers though.
