How to remove Availability Tool

I've still got the old Availability Tool 1.64 on one of my computers. I'm tidying things up and removing unused programs and so I tried to remove this. It has two entries in the Install/Uninstall section of Add/remove programs, "Availability Tool" and "SabreTool". Clicking on either of them results in "Falscher Aufruf" and the program not being removed.

How can I clean up this mess and properly deinstall it. (ie. Completely remove the program, the entries in Add/Remove programs, any registry settings, etc.)

No worries. Posted where I did because that's where many of the annoucements about such tools seem to appear, so it's likely those readers will be aware of them most. ... and then the answer is in "Mileage Run".
