Local PAYG SIM in Nepal?
Hi Folks,
Have any of you bought a PAYG SIM for Nepal? I'm looking at this:

But I'm having difficulty finding out a great deal about it. Whether it's available to foreigners, how easy it is to set up/ where to buy top-ups.
Does anyone have any experience?
