Best flight status services, SMS or WAP?

Best flight status services, SMS or WAP?
I'm interested in being able to get the most detailed information possible when a flight is delayed. I'm frustrated with the lack of information available at the airport, or even on the airlines' customer service numbers.
What are FTs using to get updated flight status while traveling? There appear to be SMS services (4INFO - free; txtflight.com - US$1.99/flight), as well as WAP services. The best looking WAP service I've found is FlyteSource-Mobile (www.flytecomm.com), but I've not used it; it costs US$3.99/mo.
As a MileagePlus member, I tried United's own www.ua2go.com. However, not only does it not work in my current phone's browser, I've heard it's not that good anyway.
I saw the WAP sites' sticky thread in this forum, but I need more detail. Recommendations appreciated!

It seems to give really detailed information. The only downside so far is that it isn't optimized for handheld-browsers. It doesn't really work with my Nokia E62, but it's fantastic on a standard browser.
Has anyone tried this package? It's called WorldMate, and is sold as an annual subscription. It looks really polished. I'm probably going to get a trial version at least:
