Coverage for Cingular

Here's a link to Cingular's website where you can check coverage in a certain location, even down to a street address. Maybe that will help a bit?

I got that link from wirelessadvisor.com. If you post there, you may have luck from people who are in that area. I have found the people there friendlier and more helpful than some on howardforums.com. It is a smaller community.

Just a final update on how things went. I was actually able to get digital roaming coverage using my Sprint Treo 650 while I was in Bar Harbor. When I arrived I emailed business e-care through the Sprint website and requested that they add the roaming package ($5/month) to my service for the week while I was in Bar Harbor. I got a response about an hour after I sent the email and the rep had added the package with a notation to remove it the day after I left.

Overall it went pretty well. The only thing I miss is not having wireless web access while I'm roaming off Sprint's network.
