Question Compressing / Converting MPEG files on Mac

Am trying to upload a video to YouTube and it is currently 149MB although the Youtube limit is 100MB.

Anyone know any freeware that allows compression / conversion but retains quality?

Thanks
Fraser

Try iSquint. It's for converting videos for iPod, but you should be able to fineagle it to do what you want.
